B-SPG Requirements for Field Property Manager (FPM)

  • To start off, you need to have a current National photo ID card

    In other to be working with B-SPG you will need to have proof that you are legally resident or citizen of your home country.

  • Submit your application as an FPM

    Get a sponsor or you can be assigned to a sponsor at B-SPG. This will start your application as a FPM of B-SPG.

  • Take your certification Course

    Every FPM need to be certified before discharging his/her duties as an FPM. This will help you to understand all that is required of you and as well equip you with the skills and knowledge to discharge your duties effectively.

  • Review and Sign your Independent contractors Agreement with B-SPG

    All real estate property managers maintain their private businesses and are consider affiliates or independent contractors of B-SPG
